Before ordering the product, I contacted technical support via the website to clarify what was included in the package. I was ordering a JBL speaker and wanted to know how many microphones came with it. I was told there were two. I paid online, and the next day I received a call to confirm the order. I asked the same operator again about the number of microphones, and he also confirmed there were two. However, when I went to pick up the item, there was only one microphone inside. I called the 0171 hotline, and the operator told me that whatever came in the box is simply what you get.
